    Have you tried speaking to ACAS or someone like that who may know what the situation is, maybe even the Inland Revenue to see if they can say what to do

    i dont owe no wages as i was paid a few days before i quit. also someone on this thread already said would help me out if they try to pull this stunt

    You don't actually need a P45 from them, although they are obliged to give you one. If you've already started a new job without a P45, you should have been given a P46 on which you would have signed to say "This is my only or main job." It does mean your tax might need adjusting at the end of the tax year, because your new employer won't know how much tax you've paid in this tax year.

    I agree you should go to ACAS.
