doesn't surprise me that it's gone t1ts up, their customer services was terrible. i had to return a faulty product, i had proof of purchase on credit card statement and also the box it came in with their price lable on it. they wouldn't even exchange it for another one, even though i brought up trading standards website on my mobile and quoted from it. after i started quoting trading standards i was told to get out of the shop!such a very rude 'manager' in kings lynn store.glad she's not got a job-doesn't deserve one in retail! plenty more people that could do a good job!

Do you know l've been in Kings Lynn store and have twice witnessed appalling customer service, once a member of staff berated a customer for their (staffs) mistake!!

I feel the same as you, if that's how they treat customers they don't deserve the job.

    Happy moneysaving all.

Sale got better, with additional 10% / 20% off items and I noticed an extra 10% off some display items.
    (Warrington)
Bought some Regatta boots from there for £18 rated 4* on amazon (ignoring a 1 * star for bad service)
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Regatta-Guideway-Mid-Hiker-Boot/dp/B0039Z5OL8/ref=sr_1_2?s=shoes&ie=UTF8&qid=1310502229&sr=1-2

    £34.90 including postage and
Trepass suade hiking boots for £22 formally £55 + P&P

    http://www.outdoorgear4u.co.uk/category/footwear/mens-walking-boots-shoes/trespass-clyde-walking-boots.php

Also some swim shorts from the sporty chiken (le Coq Sportif) - Adult sized - for £5.50

    Children sized are £6 online + P&P

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Coq-Sportif-Junior-Woven-Shorts/dp/B0051UO9P6/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1310502969&sr=1-7

Actually a lot of nice regatta and tresspass gear in store.
I am sure discount will increase but still good value now.

Dont forget, be nice to the staff :)

Had an email today confirming closing down sale (said closing down in subject)
  • I have heard that they have up to 30% off some departments, they said they have signs up but cannot get there until Saturday. Does anyone know if this is true?
