Does anyone know when they close down. I am going to Liverpool at the end of the month and they have one there.

not for a little while. shelves full and signs up saying they are currently emptying their warehouses.

Could not see many deals - lots of 1/2 stickers, but a lot appear to be the normal TJ Hughes prices. Suspect better to come.
Not surprised its closing as it really feels dated and far too full of JML products

Still, good luck to the staff, hope you all find work and survive the last weeks and sales
Customers, even if it become one pound a basket, please try to respect the staff who will be having a mare of a day.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
i bought a lovely denby serving platter oval in regency green £5 (bargain if you ask me) looked everywhere and lowest price about £30.

debating going back next week to stock up on more denby serving bits to save for serving xmas dinner as i know they had other bits :D
  • sloggi knickers are dearer as well

I think that's due to the raw material (cotton) price going up? I have noticed the prices going up in Primark too :(!!!!!

But i went in there, bough some clothes cheaper than what i though and the staff was extremely nice, i said i was short of hangers and he said I could have some more if I liked, and he put quite a few in my bag. Will be going back next week.

Some old ladies may enjoy them and good on them if it will put a secret smile on their face.

doesn't surprise me that it's gone t1ts up, their customer services was terrible. i had to return a faulty product, i had proof of purchase on credit card statement and also the box it came in with their price lable on it. they wouldn't even exchange it for another one, even though i brought up trading standards website on my mobile and quoted from it. after i started quoting trading standards i was told to get out of the shop!such a very rude 'manager' in kings lynn store.glad she's not got a job-doesn't deserve one in retail! plenty more people that could do a good job!
