Just a quick hi before bed, gerty you are right about the support on here, I think we all benefit from it. It's awful when anything like this happens to anyone but just o know that there are people willing to listen and give support is fantastic. I know it has helped me so much particularly this month as it has been DD, DH, and DS's birthdays and I knew it would be tough, but just being able to put things on 'paper' so to speak helps. To get a support and understanding is the icing on the cake.

Well I shall try and get a decent nights sleep so I can hit the new month running.

Hugs to all and sweet dreams

    Hi Stormy,

I've just discovered this thread thanks to GBA's link as well - I'm sure if Emma reads it she will find great comfort from it. Your spirit and courage are an inspiration and will be of help to anyone going through bereavement. I hope you don't find that hard to believe, but you've shown an immense strength that I suspect you didn't even think you were capable of.

There'll still be bad days, but remember that while John may have been taken away from you, nothing can take away the years you spent together and the memories you all have. As your younger daughter so wisely said, because of her, he's still there with you. I'm sure John would be proud of you all.

My thoughts are with you for the future.
  • thank you all for thinking abt me so much, but really i dont know what to write as i think the past is gone and when u remember it,it hurts u more and i know no one has enough time in this world to spend 2 sec with the person who has lost someone...u r all very kind ppl,i would like to share it with you but dont really know how to start,i dont really show how much i m hurt or cry especially in front of husband, who do maximum effort to make me happy,so he knows i m happy cuz he is making me so..i cry alone in a room....but in the end i always have a shoulder to cry onto, but always avoid doing it,,,,he becomes sad too,and i have seen a lot in this world and would be ready to see anything further on but cant afford to see husband unhappy and sad,he always wanted a son,but i m unable to fulfill his wish..he is sad inside like me but never showed..still sometimes i get images of my dead baby infront of my eyes..and then i cry alot:cry:

Emma A big warm welcome to you, it is so nice that you have posted on here and in your own time you may feel you can put down in writing how you feel. It is amazing how it helps to write it down and not actually speak the words if you get what I mean.
As gertybertyangel has said you will get a lot of support and comfort from everyone here.
My thoughts are with you and everyone else.

I shan't get a lot done today as I have to sit at mum and dad's waiting for his new hard drive to arrive, but I'll be back later.

Hope the phone call went as well as it could Sotrmy, was thinking of you yesterday.
