Morning all. Hope everyone is well, warm and happy today. Have just watched the Mousehole cat(do this every year and ALWAYS cry throughout it), am going to put our cards and new candles out today. Got all shopping done and anything that is not done will remain undone. Had some excellent news have been quite poorly recently(bored everyone senceless on the DFW sirte)anyway, there was something in my mouth that did not respond to ridiculious ammounts of medication and was due to go for a biopsy on 4th Jan. Anyway, Friday morning brushing my teeth and having a look (dont know what happened exactly) it popped bit unpleasent but better out than in as they say. Phoned Dr's and had to go down. She is delighted and have had hospital cancelled. Am back on antibiotics to clear any residual infection. VERY relieved. Am going to my mums grave today might go bargin hunting in ASDA but apart from that not much else. All furry gang safe warm and well. DH currently on a 5mile run through Trafford Park(next to Trafford Centre) and I am off to wrap the bits I got for him. Have a wonderful day. HUGS to all, loads of love and finally A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOURS. Thank you for making me feel so welcome on this site. Love Annie XXXXXXXX
Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.

And when no hope was left inside on that starry starry night.

    Morning All:hello:

Well, most things are ready in the Lillibet household, minor tidiying to do & going to prep the veg & spuds tongiht but all cleaning etc completed yesterday. My neighbour has just been to the butcher & picked up the meat for me including tomorrows 3 bird roast (duck, pheasent & capon). Oh, and there is the minor matter of finishing knitting Spuds stocking!!:o

This morning after breakfast I am taking Spud over to see Father Christmas at hubbys work (hubby is working too) and later this afternoon we are off to church for the childrens nativity service, then it's a supermarket Chinese meal for hubby & I for dinner whilst watching the Box of Delights on DVD (chidlrens drama from the 80's, hubby loves it! It's our Christmas tradition), and in between LOTS of knitting!:o:D

Will try & post tomorrow but in case i don't...........

    Merry Christmas to All:T:T:T:T:T:T

    Morning all :hello:

The oven will be on in a mo, lots of people popping in today so I'm doing a load of party food :D I cooked the gammon yesterday, it took 5 hrs - glad I didn't leave it til this morning. Still have to do one load of washing, a bit of ironing, hoovering and I've got 4 more presents to wrap. They're biggies though and I don't want the kids to see them til tomorrow so they can stay in the loft til tonight. Just hope that one of us is sober enough to be safe on the ladder :rotfl:

Anniestar - I bought the Mousehole Cat book when we were in Mousehole (one of my favourite places) a couple of years ago. I had it when I was younger but lost it. I was a bit annoyed though, if we'd been there the day before, I could have had it signed by the author
