I switched from the Tesco normal shower gel to the value and its fine.0

Forgot to say the large pots of plain Value Natural Yoghurt and as good and ones double the price - about 55p for 500g.
I mix this with flour and a pinch of salt to make a really nice pizza base. (Works with gf flour as well). Just use a non-stick tray and oil it or it may stick. Delicious!Hope is not a strategy.0 -
Anyone tried these in Norwich Blue Boar and do they come up at this price? Thanks0

Called into E£y today and managed to pick up some baby bath 5p and baby shampoo 8p. The shower gel was 30p so I didn't bother, it was only 8p last week. Wish I had bought more now.0

I'm happy. Got loads of baby bath 5p. Have filled up my soap dispensers and it's as good as the expensive stuff!!! I pointed out the bargain to a lady with a baby who was buying toiletries for her little son. We cleared the shelf!!
Also got 2 leather belts which should have been £10 but come through at £1.25!!!! Barcode:5052320429110
They are the Tesco signature range and only come in black.
Also found the Tesco Finest Belgian chocolate cake in the freezer, barcode: 5052004475846- these scan at 87p!!!!
There were LOADs but I only got 3. (Got friends coming round for tea on Sunday so will just wham a couple of these in the oven and serve with the chocolate custard glitched stuff!!!!)
I went to 2 stores at 3pm and didnt get any whoopsies other than a pack of mange tout for 20p though:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

It's fine..but then again, my 6yr old is hardly a gourmet conisseur0 -
Morning folks,
I tried the value tinned custard 22p last night and imo it was fine. Not quite as creamy as some of the brand ones but for a quarter of the price, I was happy with it.
I also bought the value peanut butter 52p, chocolate spread 86p and strawberry jam 35p, thanks to another poster (sorry, I forget who) who recommended the choccy spread and jam.
I highly recommend the value lemon squash 34p, its my favourite by far!
Also, the chicken and mushroom noodle pots were 16p in my store, and I'm giving the value orange juice a go at 56p.
Thank you Jumblejack for a very helpful thread that may change the way I shop for life!0 -
Picked up about 10 5p baby baths yesterday. Decanted into pretty glass containers for the kiddos
SO darn cheap
