Quick update...

Today, I received my £299 refund...but only after I'd contacted Groupon through their Facebook page. They ignored every email sent to [EMAIL="support@groupon.co.uk"]support@groupon.co.uk[/EMAIL].............

I have been chasing a refund, replacement glass, a replacement base and the all weather cover we bought but have never received since 23rd of May 2011.

This company is a disgrace its no wonder they have gone into liqudation.

I was in the process of writing to them this week to try and fiannly sort this, when I found out they had gone into liquidation. Thank you to this forum I have been able to find the email add for the receivers I think and am waiting for a response, goodness knows whether I will get one.

I have also copied Groupon in so itll be interesting to see what they say, if anything.

This has definitely meant I will not be purchasing anything through Groupon again! How can they let this happen and then not help customers, granted its City Livings fault but Groupon should be providing more help and checking out companies they advertise in more depth.

Just as a warning guys a blog on printdesign with the topic [FONT=&quot]

with the statement "Balmer Media are back :-( oneumbrella dotcodotuk Good luck to anyone who uses them!"

So be warey the !!!!!!!s are still out there!!!
