Has anyone heard from Barclays since the gesture of goodwill letter?

Barclays recieved my acceptance 6th of september and i am still waiting:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::eek:

hi all, I spoke to barclays yesterday, things must be getting better cause I only had to wait 5 minutes, it was almost an hour before,
They logged my acceptance form on the system on 7th September and he told me I should have my refund on 2nd November! I logged a complaint, as I was told 28 days but I dont think it means anything, suppose I will have to wait.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Im still waiting also i really dont know how they are allowed to get away with it having to wait 16 weeks is pushing it never mind another 8 weeks:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hi Moggy,
I spoke to a lady at Barclays today who told me mine is being processed today and should be in my account in 5 days, so yours hsould be soon too as you are a day ahead of me arent you?
anyway I better not speak to soon as I should believe it when I see it.:(:(
