Im not trying to champion this website but I just wondered in Starryargenta did you receive your refund? Just find it strange that after a series of messages here you have not updated since the beginning of the month0

...and you don't at all, in any way at all sound like you either work for them or you know them or worse they paid you to write that.

I do not work for this website at all. I simply had a good experience and was impressed when they paid for the return which they didn't need tro do. I did email them to say thank you and they asked me to write on this link to even the views out. I was never paid or given any incentive to do so though. I am only interested in writing about my own experience on this website.0

which means you were asked to write it - that doesn't even the view or expectation of this company, it only makes it worse.0 -
I'd be wary of any company that hides it's domain registration details on the pretence that it's a non-trading individual. It show little intention of abiding by any rules.0

1. Because they are not a genuine retailer being difficult. They are fraudsters. They are not going to give me a refund just because I complain. I expect they will take down their website and start under another name, as they have done before.
2/3. I'm sorry, as you can see I am new to the boards. As I had a different complaint about nicecans.co.uk I thought I would start a new thread. Also, 237s thread did not mention the retailer's name in the title, which is what people see first. I would like to help people from making the same mistake I did and placing an order with them.
Thank you for supplying me with the contact details of Trading Standards.
I've also been ripped off by nicecans.co.uk. Ordered £70 worth of products nearly two weeks ago and received nothing. No response to emails or phone calls. I'll keep trying, but obviously my advice is avoid nicecans.co.uk0 -
Like other people on here, I recently ordered from Nicecans.co.uk and surprise, surprise - nothing has arrived! No replies to numerous e-mails or calls either. Scamming 'bleeps' - steer well clear!
Not sure why some people are getting 'great' service but perhaps they could get in touch with Nicecans, asking them to send all of us poor !!!!!!s our money back, seeing as we can never get a response?! :mad:0 -

Another thumbs down from me. I ordered two products and received a despatch email; one product arrived - though with no invoice or any other documentation - and the other has failed to arrive, and emails and phone messages have not been responded to.0
