Thank you for your e-mail.
I have passed your comments onto our Commercial Department who will note these on our sdvertising files.

What did you expect.
That and other ads like it are probably a huge money maker and First Bus are a business just like any other, struggling to make ends meet in the current climes.0 -

of course a nicer email saying they considered the well being of all passengers and the fish would have been nicer but well you tried MarkBargain
its the way of big business,a company i dealt with for 20 years put my account on stop last year because i failed to pay them £9 while i was on holiday,their long term loss, my resentment ,no going back0 -
I received a reply from the County Council which basically stated "The decision for the local vinyl branding is purely a decision for First. As this is a commercial decision on their own services we are unable to intervene. However, we do hold regular operational meetings with First and this item was discussed last Friday." then advised me to contact First.
Oh well, at least the topic is being discussed.0 -

May not be good news for you though. The discussion may well have been to increase the amount of buses with these adverts on to increase revenue!0 -

Sounds like it was discussed and dealt with, I would say its not an ongoing discussion or they would have indicated so.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0
