Sounds like a nice day dlb, pleased to hear she liked the present.

Still battling trying to get my sons to sleep, the youngest is driving me crackers, you would think it was Xmas eve he is just sooooo excited. Maybe the age as he's 5 now and it just seems to have hit him what happens etc.

I'm going to have a quick nosey on eBay for items ending on Monday, my friend got loads of bargains last year on Xmas day so might be tempted to leave a few bids if I find anything I need.

Hi DLB so glad she liked her pressy, you was getting worked up by it. Just means now - next year, you will have to top it. What did you put in her hamper in the end? Glad you got the carol singers last night, I told them to go next dr, as they are more festive than me (bah humbug)

Fetched OH from work and went straight to McArthur Glen in Mansfield, Hardly anybody there, it was pleasant shopping without the stress of being pushed n shoved. Got some good bargains too.

Came home and wrapped the family's gifts up, ready to deliver sometime during Sat,

OH will attempt food shopping in the morning, only fruit & veg left to get, What we haven't got after that is tough.

Off for a cuppa then going in the bath.

Hi Again Guys!

DD still out partying:rolleyes: ....just had a text to say shes having a great time.

OH is playing on Xbox live and he;s driving me mental! He's got his headphone thing on and all I can hear is him calling everyone "cheeky ba$tards!":eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: ....wouldnt mind but he's only playing Uno ...think he's had too much booze too:D

Have decided to do a nice cooked breaky tomorrow;)....with OH's help:o Had the shopping delivered and the bacon, bubble, mushroom and eggs look so yummy and have bought more than enough. Will save the sausages for dinner as we have BIL and family round and doing Cumberland Ring sausages, Mash with apple, carrots, cauliflower and onion/mushroom gravy...yummy!!!

Have sent a snotty email to Asda as some of the stuff they didnt have and were items that they couldnt deliver last year either. Also some of the frozen stuff had started to defrost and will have to cook up ASAP. Afew items were short dated too, like the ham, coleslaw and sausage...dated the 23rd December:eek: :eek: :eek: ...have added the items up and have come to around £30-so thats what Ive asked to be refunded and a goodwill gesture would be appreciated too:p

Anyway. Id better go.....OH now racing and dread to think the swear words that will be coming out his mush in a minute when he gets over taken by some 5 year old:D :rotfl:
