Ha ha haaaa:rotfl:Your post has made me chuckle! That certainly is a flyin' start
GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!!!
Last month's total was brill. Big thank you to the Bovine one for counting. Let's make this month, 1 of the hardest i think, as good as we possibly can.
£5 for me
Well remember I don't celebrate the holidays so I'm fine...you see the solution to xmas is simple...become weird and religious and don't do it

Was going to wait until tomorrow to do it but then I thought "why? the money is there." So went at lunchtime and handed over the last of my "savings". I can't quite believe it, it really hasn't sunk in. I hope it does soon as I feel a little flat
So, today's PAD is £738.70 please Hopeful
I'm off to think of a new signature.

Och so happy for you hun...Well done you
girlatplay wrote: »Thank you very much everyoneIt really hasn't sunk in yet. My treat is I am going to the hairdresser tomorrow (budgetted for
) and then I am meeting up with my bestest friends to go shopping and for lunch in Glasgow. I will be doing very little shopping and I have allowed for lunch. I am just looking forward to spending time with my girlies.
I want to say thank you to everyone for your support and encouragement. This thread is fantastic and without you all I would never have managed this. Yes, I would have become debt free but it would have taken so much longer and I wouldn't have had so much fun along the way.
Just for clarification, when your time comes, there is space here for everyone! I am keeping seats
Back down to earth now, a much smaller £1 for me today please Hopeful. I don't intend to leave this thread anytime soon.
Thanks again.

Och save me a seat for later on in the year.....and get the cake out. cos I will need cake when I get debt free and give £400 to Building for the Gospel fund
Thanks for everyone's helpful advice on the CCF. I guess my fear is even though the interest is lower (by a measly £1.40) it could drag on and I'm more scared of that £1.40 never going away than the rest of my debt. Plus I've not paid them any extra on PADs cos when I phoned them and they pushed the debit card and the charge I said 'is there not a way to get it without being charged' and they were kind of upset but said 'yeah BT' and gave me the details - so I tested it by just padding £5 and then did a larger pad. Bearing in mind my pad's have been over £200 a month on this I think I can allow myself to pay £3 this once.. Plus they have an 0845 something or other for customer service and I found out the 01 no
. so that saves
...
Will be so good to get the macbook paid off.....
Then onto the OD till about april

My PAD today is £1.00 . Don't want to overpay this month and then find I'm short so really hoping to make inroads in January xx0 -
£22.15 which has gone into my savings.
I've emptied my money pot and bagged up £50 ready to pay the money off my cc :j. This is all the bits and bobs that I've padded during the month with quite a bit left for next month as well.0 -
A small, but perfectly formed pad of £1.00 to m!nt.
Is it just me, or do other people delight in having a list of monies going in rather than out when statements come in?
