i was 18 %.. i could never do those things lol... the icecream one was sad :-/ lol..0

I've never done the ice-cream one, so I answered no.
But when we heard the bell at home I'd get the tub out of the freezer if I thought the kids deserved any, and when I picked my GDs up from school I never took my purse (there was a van parked at the gate every single day!!) One day I let them look at the prices and then took them to the supermarket to pick up a tub of vanilla ice-cream, some sauce and some sprinkles - they very quickly realised that we got a lot more for my money doing it that way, which meant they got it a lot more often (and they were only 4 & 6 at the time) :TCheryl0 -
I was 68% tight...
My little car passed its MOT yesterday yipeee :jNot sure how as it got some serious advisories on brakes  Also managed to buy 'Salt' DVD for 99p at the charity shopBought my niece a wooden train with shapes that you stack on top, hope that will be alright! Can always take it back if not.
Cleared all the paperwork off my desk last night and filed/shredded it - feel SO much better for it! All that spaceFound my V5...but didn't find this years bank statements (what I was actually looking for in the first place!)
We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0 -
lol.... I was 65%... which i am proud of, but could do better..
just come back from our local co-op and had some lovely reduced mince, chicken, chicken thighs, frying steak, meat balls...cakes....sausage rolls....and a few more bits.. not mega..mega reductions, but at least half price... so really pleased... as all the things i had, we would eat/cook with normally
there was a small chicken reduced down to £1.90, so will give that to my m.i.l... as she is on her own and is just the right size for her.. she will cut it up into joints and freeze.. so will have a few dinners out of it.Work to live= not live to work0 -
Tried to quote but my net is running too slow on the mobile.
Shortbread cookies
150g flour
100g butter
50g sugar
Mix all together , roll into big ball, pinch smaller balls off, flatten a little with a thumb in the middle or a fork. Bake for 10-12 mins in oven at 180*
Can add a little cinnamon or vanilla or any other flavour... or oats, sprinkles, dessicated coconuts, or my fab, dolly mixtures
U can get 24 little biscuit cookies from this. My neighbour is diabetic and loves these, he loves the fact that 2 or 3 are not going to put him over sugar wise.
Another good one is Apple n cinnamon loaf (like banana bread) as it only has 50g sugar, can't find the recipe, but I'm sure Google will gave one ...

I am going to make those cheese bics that were on Super Scrimpers. Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.
