Risingfromtheashes have I missed something? Are you ok? :(

Today was lovely, did a lot of Christmas decorating in our classroom and the children, year 1, were so excited...ah Bless 'em.
Going to have an early night tonight. Going out in the week has certainly taken out of me.
    Warm hugs to everyone

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

Trash to Cash on now BBC2. Getting rid of a familys junk and selling for cash. Looks good with two of the auction dealers from 'cash in the attic'

Hey all, well the auto glass man is here to replace my windscreen, *only £75 excess to pay. I won't bother with the bumper - I've pushed it back it myself! And the dent and scratches will just have to stay.

Broken tooth is fixed. Thank heavens for the NHS. I've a lovely dentist too. So not as traumatic as I'd feared.

And got £25 of MacDonalds vouchers in the post, as an apology for the tooth that got broken back in the spring. No where near the cost of a crown but I appreciate the gesture. I havt been back since so I guess free food will tempt me back!

Boilder replaced. Too expensive to fix, but only 6 years old! Grrr.

Wishing everyone a good weekend... It's our little town's Xmas tree festival tonight :)
Relax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23. Frugal Living Challenger. No buying cleaning products. I used MSE advice to reduce my car insurance from 550 to 325!! & paid it off in full!!!

Evening ladies, thank you for the lovely warm welcome.

I'm just sat waiting for my son and family to arrive from Plymouth, they are stuck in Birmingham at the moment :-( So I thought I would call in and see whats happening in frugal land.

I watched the penny pinching programme last night and I have to agree the road kill looked a bit yuk! I dont believe for one minute that his freezer contained £800-£900 worth of meat!! The coupon lady was amazing, I wish she would come and shop for me. I had a look on the website and it said she uses MSE and Hotdealsuk for vouchers. I'm never that lucky, just had my ASDA shopping delivered and not one voucher used, I did get free delivery though, at least I only bought what was on my list and not ooddles of stuff we dont need. Fridges and freezers are full to bursting and the store cupboard has over flowed into the garage, so no more shopping for a while but will need fresh stuff like fruit and veg each week, think I might send DH to the market while I'm at work.

Managed to wrap some pressies this afternoon and found out the cards I bought from the sales, I picked up some stamps from the PO so maybe I will write them over the next few days and get them posted.

I hope you all have a fabby weekend and not spend too much lol x
