Hi there, fab cakes as usual. Does anyone have a yummy recipe for chocolate brownie please. I have tried loads now and none taste right - they either aren't chocolatey enough, too dry or have added ingrediants like cookies or wafer biscuits.0

Also had my 1st try at cake pops & ice creams, and made cupcakes for christmas fair, the top ones were baileys and were really nice.

i am new to this thread hope you dont mind me eavesdropping.
I make cupcakes, lots of them but i am having trouble getting my buttercream to look really chocolatey. What do you guys use? It always tastes nice but always a really light brown.

Maybe you're just not using enough cocoa. Or have you tried using ganache to cover them? Yummy0 -

Can someone reccommend what the best colouring is for use in sugarpaste and buttercream the black and orange paste ones I bought just wouldnt go a deep enough colour wanted orange and black buttercream and fondant but the nearest I got was peach and grey thanksOn the countdown mortgage will be paid off this year if I keep paying bit extra fingers crossed fully paid out by July :j0
