Hi Nanny. I made a Thomas cake a few weeks ago, and I'm not one who makes scuplted cakes, so I made a round cake, with a track around the edge, and a little die cast Thomas on the track. It went down really well :)

    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    SmurfCake.jpg

This is a Cake I made yesterday for my friends Daughters Smurf themed party. I made the cake using my silicone giant cupcake mould (just turned the bottom part upside down).

    Hope you like it.

I have her book and the Lemon Finger Cookies are amazing! I made a batch in July for my friends birthday and they went down very well.
