can i ask what size cases you all use for your cupcakes?? Ive been practising with both for a charity night, ive done mini petit fours (i think thier called) for freebies to give away, then ive done some fairy cake sizes and some muffin sizes, also how much do you think i should charge - bearing in mind it is all for charity.
thanks0 -

For big events I find cupcake/bun cases a bit more popular than muffin sizes. I can give a better deal on them as the cases are cheaper and less ingredients go in to each one but they still give the impact the client wants.0 -

My hand mixer had broken - 2nd one in two months, caN anyone recomend a free standing one that's not too expensive0

There's a Brevvile one that's in between. It's a hand mixer (but more powerful) and it comes with a stand and bowl, so you can use it as both. It's about £40 I think. I had one before I got my Kmix. It's got cake beaters, whisks and dough hooks with it, and a 350 watt motor, which is good, seeing as the KitchenAid only has 3000
