Oh Cherydee, I'm sorry about your grandson. I'm glad nothing was broken and hope his bruises go down soon x

Thanks Annie...he seems to be in a sorry state, but he always seems to bounce back...it always seems to be his face whenever he hurts himself...how he's never had a broken nose I will never know.

Having a bit of a dilemma....busy icing 50 ice cream cone cupcakes and I'm putting each one in a plastic drinking cup...still not giving them much stability...just wondering how I'm going to transport them all to the party in the car.

    Hi Cherrydee
Glad to hear he is ok I ams sure it will be forgotten about when he is at the party. The only way I can think of is to put them into a box with kitchen roll cushioning them packed all around and in between to keep them steady.
Hope he has a fab time and they stay upright:p

I always have a nightmare transporting ice cream cone cakes. They are a bit top heavy and with the narrow base, they always manage to fall over

Yes, starting to feel stressed out now...I think I've just taken it out on Jehovahs witnesses, bad time to come knocking on the door...but it has been the third time in a week.

Thanks AnnieH, will have a look, am terrified of messing it up as he loves Scooby, last year it was Spongebob and Plankton and they were much easier ( a square and a oval!!)

You can buy a starter kit on eBay. You'll get a rolling pin, some plunger cutters and some modelling tools.

Well I've done the Rapunzel tower for my first commissioned cake (due Friday). I feel like I've bitten off more than I can chew. I hope I can deliver, but it's harder than I thought it would be.
