Hi all. I did a post a few weeks ago about my first ever market. Well it went really well! We sold 90 cupcakes and only had 6 left which we just gave away to the other stalls! Very pleased and cant wait to do another one. A lot of work the day before though!!
Heres a picture of our stall on the day. We need to get a good table cover for the next time. This was just a temporary, not wanting to spend too much upfront, solution.
And this is a cake I made today. First time I have ever made a bag and I am very pleased with it. I did it at a reduced price for a friend but I really need to stop doing that!

Hi All your cakes are great I just wondered if I wanted to use angel delight for the icing would I add it to the made up butter icing? We bought some Morrison mix and it tasted just like strawberry angel delightStarting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

Hi everyone! I don't post on this thread but am an avid reader and would be grateful for some advice!
It's my sons birthday this week and as he is a golf fanatic, I thought it would be good to make him some Golf Ball cake pops.
I have never made anything like this - is it difficult? and does anyone have a recipe and instructions? Also, what sort of icing would I use for the "white" outer bit?
I thought I might be able to use white chocolate but, that tends to be creamy coloured and maybe a bit too sweet.
Really fantastic creations on here! :T0 -

It would depend on how many you wanted to make, I use a basic vanilla mix and I would say an 8" would give you roughly 12. Use only a little bit of buttercream at a time, as for the coating I use Wilton Candy melts. They do a white cream one, try searching golf cake pops and see what images are brought up, I sell sticks on ebay if you need any! Look for cakepopkits seller, if you need anything else then please ask, hope this helps!0 -
