Hi Everyone,
I was wondering how you all use the fondant on sponge cakes. I have seen where people but a layer of butter cream underneath it. Is that how you all do it ?
I am doing a wedding cake in August and have only ever put fondant on to marzipan .
Thanks in advance0 -
