    Hi

I would like to have a go at making a giant cupcake for my little one's birthday.

On eBay there are metal tins and sillicone moulds.

    Which would you recommend?

    Thanks for reading

    TT

I have the silicone one, I bought mine from Ebay too, and it works a treat :) xx

The silicone one i have is fab, but the top cooks before the vottom so its easy to remove from the oven, where as the metal one is all together and you cant.I oil mine and let it cool completly and it comes out all in one piece, if you dont let it fully cool i found it doesnt want to lol

No, I didn't make the hearts, but I do have some little plunger cutters, so I could do when the ones I have run out :)

Hi everyone, i'm hoping you can help me.
I need to make a birthday cake for my dad but he is diabetic and having a very hard time of it as he is insulin resistant and he needs to loose weight.
Does anyone know of or where to find a fat and sugar free cake that is still going to taste good?

I know its probably a big ask but my mum has asked for something, and i can't find a recipe!

    Thank you

I don't know of a fat *and* sugar free cake. Fat free cakes usually contain lots of sugar, but maybe you could try substituting the sugar for granulated sweetener, to see if that works?
