I would like to have a go at making a giant cupcake for my little one's birthday.
On eBay there are metal tins and sillicone moulds.
Which would you recommend?
Thanks for reading

Hi everyone, i'm hoping you can help me.
I need to make a birthday cake for my dad but he is diabetic and having a very hard time of it as he is insulin resistant and he needs to loose weight.
Does anyone know of or where to find a fat and sugar free cake that is still going to taste good?
I know its probably a big ask but my mum has asked for something, and i can't find a recipe!

I don't know of a fat *and* sugar free cake. Fat free cakes usually contain lots of sugar, but maybe you could try substituting the sugar for granulated sweetener, to see if that works?0
