I'm on 3.02E-B Thanks for all the tips and help on this thread!

Is there a nice installer that copies the correct files on a memory stick, so that the updates to 3.03OE-A and then 3.03OE-B are as easy as I found the downgrade to 1.5 and up to 3.02E-B?

I assume if I'm on 3.02E-B in need to go 3.03OE-A and then 3.03OE-B?

would also be interested as well. But i think it will be :

3.02OE-B>>3.03OE-A>>3.03OE-A'>>3.03OE-B

Correct path is:

3.02E-B -> 3.03OE-A -> 3.03OE-B

Just as simple to apply as the other firmware changes.

Can somebody please clarify for me how to format the memorystick?

Do you do it from PSP directly or from the PC?

Should do it from the PSP in the 'system' option

I've got some ISOs and MP4/THM files.

I've tried popping them on the root of the memory stick no luck.
Tried opening the ISOs via WinRAR and extracting to the root.

Tried popping the video into the MP_ directory in the appriate sub dir (not the AVI one) and the files seem to have compliant names. I think the MP4 is ok at VLC will play it on the PC.

Are there any good sites / forums for newbies to modded PSP?

Many site talk about using devhook and custom loaders as I have recetn 3.02 B ish firmware I thought I would not need loaders and could copy ISO onto the memory stick.
