Anyone help? I can't get the downgrader to work.

Formatted the stick, downloaded and run the easy installer but when I get to the bit where you need to run the idstoragechange it doesn't work, I just get a message telling me the game could not be started. Any ideas?

Edit: Never mind. Ran it all again and it worked.

derekwilliams, can you explain the legality behind downloading ISO's of UMD games from the web? I am curious really and happy to be educated.

2 more questions please? I've sucessfully updated to 3.03 and all seems well. Can I now reformat my memory card again / delete all files or do the files from the 1.5 downgrade and 3.03 upgrade need to stay on the card? (Sorry, probably seems dead basic to most of you. )

Also, if I download games (just back-up copies of what I have anyway ) do I just unrar them then copy them to the mem stick or do they have to be patched in some way first to get them to play?

No body here is divulging information on how to illegally get games they do not own. This is about modding your PSP to do many useful tings, PDA capabilities, better web browsing etc which is all perfectly fine and legal. So far im yet to see someone post OMG FR333 G4M0Rz!

BDW, anyone got a spare 128mb card they can lend me to flash my psp, ill post it back to you honest!

Just don't really trust my 2gb im getting of ebay to flash the psp tbh!

i am now running 3.03OE-A! once i have got the iso do i just sllam it on my stick and make sure a game umd is inserted and simply open it up?

There is nothing illegal about downloading ISO's of UMD. However it is illegal to make the ISO copies in the first place, although i am sure many are made purely as a personal backup just in case the original UMD develops a fault.
