    Hi All
I have a feeling I may do better with the debt repayment than the weight loss. Pay day for me today so I have put £340 to my CC.

It is my mum's birthday soon so I will be spending tonight making strawberry jam as I want to do a wee hamper for her. Hopefully will get out for a walk too if the rain stays off.

aww well either way both are hard to do!! hehe!

well done for paying off a bit more that's great!! I am doing my little and often thing this month and see how we go from there!! xxx

Made the ultimate diet mistake today, didn't have breakfast (never normally do as I am not a morning person), then didn't have lunch - was asked to go into a meeting and take minutes which I have never done before so was too nervous to eat, then had a chocolate bar on the way home (was given it as someone in the office passed their driving test) then was still hungry so had a packet of crisps. I am now starving and because I had a mad dash to town as its my sisters birthday, tea is going to be later than normal. Going to try and not eat until its cooked though. On the positive I have been drinking plenty of water at work and do not have the endless cups of tea I used to drink when I was at home.

Money wise, I went to M&S for tea using vouchers - we used to regularly shop there but can't remember the last time I bought anything there, so it will be nice to have a treat, and I bought dessert as well, but stuck to their diet range. Also in the meeting we were testing french bread (I love my job) and was able to take home a couple of loafs that were left over, my second freebie from work this week (got a jar of chocolate spread earlier - not something I like but my DS is very happy :D). I gave one loaf to my mum and dad as they keep giving us potatoes and we wont get through it all. Still waiting for my discount card and we do need to fill the car which won't wait until I get it which is a shame, but I'll only put £10 in and hope that lasts long enough.

Frodo I fear the same! The bf bought us dominos yesterday so I nommed on that, however didn't and couldn't eat it all.

My mum called me last night to say she thinks I should do the boots diet club with her, not entirely sure how to take that! Anyway I agreed, she says that she will try and beat me if I try and beat her! I have about 2 stone more to lose than her yet we have the same target weight.

Anywhoo I'm going to weigh myself now :'(

    Xxxx

neverlearn *high five* I weigh the same! THE BIGGEST I HAVE EVER BEEN though :'( It's definitely time to do something about this - I am going for it... I have just signed up to the free week trial of the Boots diet thing and according to that to get down to 11st 3 (the weight I was when I left school) it will be November the 24th, my best friends birthday...

    joys.

Long haul it is then!! xxx

  • Hello, what a great thread. I would love to join in too, thought I would just be lurker but that is never going to get me to lose weight is it now!! So being brave I am just under 14 stone and would love to be 11 or under by December, 3 years ago I weighed 10.6, that would be amazing but I will say 11 to start off with.

Debt wise I pledge to pay off an extra £50 on top of the payments I make at the moment.

So 6lbs to lose in July
    and £340 to pay off

No hiding from it now! Good luck everyone!
