Hello All,
Would you have me too?! This sounds like a fab idea! I was only muttering the other day that I need to lose a few lbs (well quite a few actually)! And my debts could always do with losing a few £'s as well :rotfl:
I would like to pleadge £200 off my debts and 7lbs off my waistline. Half a stone in a month sounds quite sensible to me. I think I read if it comes off slowly and steadily you are more likely to keep it off in the long run. Here's hoping!0 -
Hello Orangesmartie and Eyebright
Welcome aboard!! I've added your pledges to the first post
Yep that's right eyebright, little and often for both weight and debts I think is the best way to go!

Hi All
Can I join too? I really do need to lose weight and pay off my debts badly. I will pledge for July:
Lose 8lbs
Pay off £1000 of my Credit Card - this will be my last big wage as I go part time in August. Want to make the most of it and not fritter it away.
I am notoriously bad at sticking to weight loss challenges but I will give it a go.

Well I've had another good day with eating fairly healthily and not as much as I have been eating in the past. I've managed to walk for at least 30 mins as well and no alcohol - although I feel like I really could do with a nice cold glass of white wine right now, but with none in the house and me being too [STRIKE]settled[/STRIKE]lazy
to walk to the shop I won't have any today.
I should really do an exercise DVD tonight, but feeling tired so going to have an early night and hope I can get to sleep while OH is out working, else I won't be much good tomorrow for work.June £25 a day 850.94/750
