    Well done Beanie!

    Well I am still 86.9kg so that's 13 stone 9 which is
    1lb/10lb and £55.44/£100

I plan to work out lots over the weekend in the pool and in the gym at the hotel. We are so excited! I am going to pledge that I lose at least 2lb and see 85kg by next Friday. It's not like I can eat much at the hotel when a starter costs over £15!!! The boy has booked us a table there so he's paying as I suggested we go find a nice restaurant somewhere else after looking at the prices... I don't even know what most of the stuff on the menu is! I am a burger and chips kinda girl :D

    Good luck everyone!! Xxxx

Ran at 5.30 this morning, had a big pooh then stripped off, to weigh myself before breakfast. 11stone 11lbs, most disappointed  Maybe I should have showered first too  and stood on one leg.....

Last weeks 'Feed a cold' has meant I've gained a 1lb. However when I weighed myself on Monday I'd gone up from 11 stone 10lbs to 12 stone 1lb! So the 1lb gain doesn't seem so bad really.

I'm determined to lose more this month. Despite the 10lb challenge with Rdchick, I'm not going to update my August goal, because I've gone for realistic rather than optimistic. "But I'll still be trying for the 10lbs shhhh."

My final payment on my Virgin CC is due to go out on 19th Aug. Will update once payments have cleared.

    +1lb/6lb and £31/£500

Good luck and keep going everyone :T :T off to do a few jumping jacks before getting stuck into work. :j :j :j

When ever I come out of the bathroom after weighing myself and I'll say to the BF - ooh I lost again - he always asks if I did a big poo before hand hahahah!

Never mind Bobble. Really you have lost 3lb ;) keep it going and I hope your cold is a bit better now :) xxx

Well my birthday night out was really good. I didnt have any fast food rubbish at the end of the night, but i did have a few drinks which would have been full of calories. So lots of exercise for the rest of the week to make up for it

  • ooooo I don't want to miss out on a number!

I want to lose 7 pounds by the end of July and have sorted out my bank accounts and savings. Next month I 'll have a savings target but at the moment I am all about guess work.

but so i don't mess up the list ;) I will aim for 500 pounds in the savings account.

I shredded and am eating a banana.......................

Hello, I have been on holiday for the first part of August. I did get my July target of 500 pounds in savings but not the weight target.

In fact being on holiday was great in many ways but the weight thing did bother me. I think my friend made a couple of comments aimed (inspired?) by me, "you could lose weight really easily in this heat" and "I think being here you have lost weight - you should carry on eating like this at home"

I tried very hard not to let it bother me but it hasn't exactly worked. :(

I just don't know what to do anymore to be honest. Living with Mum and trying to eat healthy food is pretty much impossible. I came home from holiday to find she has bought pringles cos they were on special and cakes and so much chocolate and no fruit. The whole eating thing is very difficult, I do go shopping for myself obviously - get my lunch stuff and breafast cereals but the evening meal is cooked by her. She is a great cook but hates cooking for two people and won't plan meals. I have always gone with the idea that me sorting out two meals means the third can be unhealthy but the reality has been that I dont eat breakfast, snack all day at work don't eat a proper lunch no time and then stuff my face in the evening on anything I can get my hands on. And of course that means stuff like pringles, mini cheddars, chocolate, today has been rubbish, I cooked a fry up (!) then had roast for lunch and didn't have any dinner.

I just cannot get my head straight regarding food. I am hungry now cos I didn't eat dinner.

    sorry for the moan.

    Buffy xx
