Right, I've read (skimmed) through the entire thread. Everyone is doing so well!

This is what I've done this week. Ran Mon, Wed and this morning.

    Changed my breakfasts:
Swapped a bowl of cheerios and 2 slices of toast with butter and chocolate spread :o with cup of tea with sugar and milk.
    For
Bowl of porridge, banana and fruit tea.

Lunch 1 sandwich with low-fat crips and a smoothie.

Dinner - has been whatever DH has made (not the healthiest of choices, but beats cooking)

I've done none of the usual snacking, instead had handful of nuts and rationed 3 chunks of Green & Blacks 85% choc.

Weighed myself this morning after my run and before breakfast and was at 11.12 so I have lost 2lbs.

I've paid back the £170 I spent on the CC whilst on holiday.

    So going forward
    • I'm definitely getting the Shred DVD.
    • I'm going to continue my running plan, will be able to walk/run for 40mins by the end (10 week plan). Am aiming to run 30mins solid 3 times a week.
    • Plan next weeks evening meals based on the freezer and store cupboard. This will save money and enable me to defrost the freezer :rotfl:and start stocking up on healthier food.
    • Reduce choc ration to 2 chunks per day.
    • Eat at least 2 portions of fruit a day.

  • afternoon all :D

Rdchick! You look lovely and look like you had a fab day :) i loved the pressie you made, how useful would one of those been after my wedding (very!) lol

I have (unsurprisingly) put on 1lb! not too bad considering the bad week i had! But will get straight back on the diet on monday :p!

Plan for next week is to do 3 runs. I am away on sun/mon/tues so hoping to get one in tomorrow and then wed and thurs. I def think exercise is the best way forward, so that way it doesn't matter if i indulge every now and then ;)

good luck to anyone else weighing in today!

Hello all you lovely people, hope everyone is well.
Well done on your weight losses, or attempted ones!;)
We all have the same battle and it gets really hard at times, and we do sometimes get off track, but whats important is that we pick ourselves up and get back there. Says me who's going out for a meal with work tonite.
Not been a good week as worked a 14 hour shift Thursday (elsiepac I know what you mean about always in work) and was so hungry started eating chocolate. Came home and eat an unhealthy tea cos it was a case of grab first thing available.
Went to flicks with DD last night and had ice-cream and popcorn.
But I will go out tonight eat for England and get back on track tomorrow.
Weigh in was on Friday morning and I have lost 2lb this week taking me to 9.5/10lb. I have been really good until this week and dont want to undo my previous hard work so I will definately start again tomorrow.
I have been putting off starting the exercise for ages, but I truly have got tendonitis in my calf at the moment so the shred has been put on hold for the time being. not an excuse honest.
I have paid off £500 to my overdraft, but I am in the middle of remortgaging my house. I have to pay around £1500 in costs so it looks like I will have to dip into my overdraft again soon.
    Congratulations orangesmartie.

Well i am losing my voice, not good.
Went out for a carvery with my family today, loaded my plate up with veg and didnt touch the massive yorkshires they were offering. Down side is i went to see one of my sisters with my mum before we went and she is trying to get into cake making, so i ate two of her cupcakes, naughty naughty.Tomorrow is clean up day so i am going to clean the house, which should burn some calories but i am also going to try and get onto the wii, if my kids let me turn of the cartoons. Not looking forward to weigh in on wednesday, but i am going to work my butt off food and exercise wise and hopefully repair some of the damage from the past 2 days.

So after the wedding and a blow out on Friday I gained a KG (2.2lbs) but after being semi-good yesterday (even though I had home made Mac and cheese and new rib flavoured doritos -nom nom nom) I am back down to 87.8kg sooooo the goal is still on to see 86.9 at least by Fridays weigh in!

    Keep it going peoples! Xxx

    Hi all

Well, I've had a rubbish couple of days of "dieting" pah! Diet it is not!!! Due to moving offices really, had to work yesterday 10am til 7.30pm, everyone else left at 4 but there were massive problems with getting our phones working, they all went doolally - well, it's my job to sort so ended up locking up the new office on my own - hope I set the alarm right! Not a word of thanks from bosses or anything yet though, we've worked our asses off moving all our desks and everything. It's not like we're getting paid for it. Although I think I might get a day in lieu. But that's not worth it as I worked 9.5 hours! Lieu day is course worth 7.5! Sucks! That's right, by the way, they didn't hire a removal company, just hired a van, so for the past 2 days I and my colleagues have been moving all our desks, chairs, cabinets, shelfs, stock (we're IT) etc ourselves. Everything aches.

I weighed in Friday morning and had lost 0.5 lb. Rubbish! I'll do better after pay day - trouble is at the moment I'm living off stores so no healthy snacks or anything - broke as a joke!

Today is my little bit of weekend before off out for coffee later with the girls. Can't afford it but hey ho! Should be nice.

I'm off to get some eggs from next door and have scrambled eggs on toast I think...mmmmmmmmm.

rdchick - lovely pics by the way and you and your boyfriend look very happy!!! :j

Love to all and well done to everyone acheiving their goals!
