  • Hi All
My weight loss this month has been nil. Although I had lost some I have managed to put it back on again. I am determined to get this sorted. I have just finished making a pot of tomato soup and am going to try some batch cooking over the next few days.

My debts have fared slightly better. I have managed to pay off another £800 towards my credit card this month.

I would like to set my targets for August - weight loss 8lb and another £500 off the debt.
Well done to everyone on their weight loss and debt busting this month.

  • Morning everyone. Welldone on all your weight losses and money paid off for July. Even if you didn't quite make it for what you hoped you still worked hard and got results you wouldn't have done without this challange, so well done to everyone.:T:T:T
For August I am going to aim for 8lb weight loss and to pay off my smallest overdraft of £250.;)

Hey all, just going to put down my pledge for august, which will be £250 paid off debts and 8lbs for weight.
Will be quite difficult for both this month i think as i have my birthday coming up, which means a night out to celebrate properly and we have 3 days away at the seaside, so will need to find spending money for that.
But good luck everyone, july was a good month so lets try and make august one too.

    Hello peoples

So I saw 87.3 yesterday so I am pretty happy with that considering this weekend has consisted of ribs at the Harvester, Full Fat Coke, Strawberries and Cream milky thing at Starbucks and a steak frites at Bluewater... Spent a fortune this weekend but it's been brilliant.

I have updated the first post so if people can give their final July readings in big purple font

and their August targets in big pink font that would be brilliant! It's hard to see what I have updated and what I haven't otherwise! Also when updating throughout the month if you could do your running totals like this:

    5lb/7lb and £100/£500

    THANK YOOUUU AND GOOD LUCK!!
Life is too short not to love what you do.

So no exercise and lots of food = Wobbly Bobbly.
