So, Elsiepac, Sparkerly, Bobble_hat, debtfreewannabe321 and I have decided that although being thrifty with our cash is fabulous, looking like a heffer is not, so we vow to do something about it!

If you want to join in you're more than welcome!

I think what we should do is say for one month pledge to either make £X amount or pay £X amount off of our debts and then also pledge a certain amount to lose from our ever expanding waistbands... What do you think?

We'll start on Friday 1st July and make sure we try our hardest to keep this thread updated with our progress tips and mini challenges too

So who's with me (us!)

Xxx

Well I would like to lose 6 lb in July :)

And would like to save £400 into contingency fund :D

I weighed myself on monday and had lost a lb! so only 6 more to go till i reach my target and my holiday!!!

What's everyone's plan....?? I'm sticking to giving up the wine & chocolate & exercising more! I am also measuring myself with a tape measure every other week as i want to lose inches (and if weight loss has slowed down it might show on the tape measure instead :rotfl::rotfl:)

    Good luck everyone!

Well hello everyone! This is pretty super! hello Eltree and Frodo of course you can join!

Yep make this challenge what you will, it's more of a gathering of challenges rather than one strict one! It's up to you to make the rules!

I pledge to pay off £300 and lose 7lbs just for starters

I will add everyone's totals to the first thread and any particular rules that they set (like only eating naughty things on a Saturday when no ones looking :D)

Looking forward to seeing some differences, I think after a stone I will put a 'see the difference' pic on here just to prove what's done! Hahaha

    Thanks for joining in peoples

Ok now I am back from work its time to make some targets.

I pledge to lose 10lbs in July and will pay off £1,500 from my debts.

I should be able to increase the amount I pay off in the next few months now I am working, but with holidays and needing new clothes for me and the kids I want to push it too much this month.

    Good luck all
