I weighed in today and I have lost the three pounds I put on in Wales, so back to the beginning for the final stretch of July :rotfl:

Oh well done Dragon to get that 3lbs off so quickly.

I did my W.I. this morning and I am now - drum role please - 200lbs so very close to being in the hundreds.

Have to share this with peeps who will understand - this week I wore size 16 trousers for the first time in about 4 years. Been struggling on using my size 22 trousers for work but this week I had lots of running around to do and was constantly stopping to turn up the waistband so decided to go for it with pair of trousers I have had ready for weeks. Was a bit unsure as they were still a bit snug - sounds better than tight - but no signs of splitting. Yippee

Funny thing is i must have lost altogether between 3 or 4st (didn't have the courage to weigh myself till I joined this thread) and no-one at work has said a word about noticing at all. I haven't said anything about trying to lose weight so I am wondering how much I have to lose for it to be apparent?

    see you next week

Why was I at the gym at 8am this morning? WHY?!! (The answer is because I have a cat who thinks 4.45am is feeding time, that's why. But this is beside the point).

Old me would have gone back to bed, and probably stayed there for quite some time, lol. So who's this new person that heads off for a workout at all hours, and requests plenty of green veg with her haddock instead of chips?

And the scariest question of all is how long will she stick around for? I'm very afraid of "old me" returning and ruining all my hard work, and she usually does. Is anyone else wondering just how long they can keep this up?

Have a good weekend all xx

P.S. Congrats MaLarkin on your amazing loss! Enjoy those size 16's xx

Thanks MaLarkin and Kate_Pixie, hopefully I can shift another 1 or 2 this week so that at least I will have lost something this month :rotfl:

:j:j:j to you MaLarkin! It could be that they have noticed and not said anything or because they see you most days it hasn't sunk in, as you wear smaller clothes they may notice OR even better if you see someone you haven't seen for a while they will take note!

An early weigh in this week as Mother is coming to stay for 7 days. A 4lb loss which makes up for losing nothing last week. 8lbs so far this month(yay).

Next week isn't going to be so great though, mother being here will make diet and exercise difficult and also have my wedding anniversary meal on Thursday. Will try my best to be good for the week apart from that :D
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

Late weigh in for me - but no benefit to it - stayed the same.

Bit miffed as hoped I would be in the "10s", but never mind. Will weigh in final next Sunday, so here's hoping.

Nothing like 7lbs weight loss - but if I can shift into the next stone bracket that will be enough for me - until next time.
