Well I failed miserably last week, was 9st12.5 at weigh in on Friday, but this morning I was 10st1.5, seems the weekend has caught up with me and I'm going backwards :( and its not going to get any better I dont think as I'm out for lunch on Thursday and Friday aswell :(
Must get my a** in gear next month or I'm going to be less than impressed with myself, and I dont want to go through the summer feeling this fed up.
Has or does anyone follow slimming world who would mind scanning me the info, I've tried to understand people explaining it but I just dont get it and I really cant afford a class.
Off to catch up with everyone elses progress now.

    Hi all,

A belated check in for me this week, but pleased to say I have lost a pound. Again not a massive amount, but happy its not a gain or STS.

Congratulations Siren1974 on your celebrations. Its our Anniversary on Thursday aswell. We are not going out as have the little one now, but I will make something special I think, so have control of what I make, but might splash out on a glass of wine or two - I don't drink much these days, except for special occasions, so will make the most of it.

I have gone back to making sugar free jelly for those occasions when I need something sweet to eat, but don't want to blow the calorie intake - I'm still not doing great with the exercise, but have managed to reduce food intake a little.

Well done to everyone who has lost, especially bexster for getting to your goal!.

Congratulations to you too! It's our 5th this year and we are definately going out. I've cut my calorie intake by 200 a day in preparation lol. On the plus side, I'm now at the point where I can see that I have lost weight. I've had to buy new jeans and I'm starting to pull them up already :D
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

bluebell, it def sounds like a trip to the dr's is in order, ask to be refered to someone else who deals with gynie type problems.
Thanks Kaz, this has been going on for AGES and the Drs here just don't seem to care, it's SOOO frustrating! Came off the pill to have a baby over a year ago now and it's just been hell since then, almost feel like just giving up on the idea and getting a dog instead! Oh and to cap off this cr*ppy week, have woken up with LITERALLY my whole top lip full of coldsores, have NEVER had it this bad before  Sorry for the moan guys, am just feeling very sorry for myself right now :embarasse
Oh and since it's a weight loss thread I'd better add, no change on the weight front either! x

Aww, bluebellbunny! Sounds like a rotten week for you. I bet you just want to curl up with a duvet and big bar of chocolate. Don't beat yourself up too much. A new month is beginning soon, and you can give it another shot.

I've been a very lazy/bad-eating pixie this week so far. Have felt very sorry for myself and refused to attend the gym even once. Having said that, maybe I just needed a break from it. I have an appointment with my instructor tomorrow night which is just the ticket to get me back there and focussed again.

I'll let you know my final weigh in figure for this month on Friday morning. I hope you all have something to make you smile in the remaining days of this month xxx

Pleased to report a further 3lbs loss, making a total of 5lbs for July - now 175 lbs.

All things considered, not too bad. This month has not been good for me - eye operation and recovery, no 2 son leaving to live/work in Dubai. Glad that I even lost some weight whilst trying not to comfort eat! Anyhow, still well on target for my personal goal of 12 stone by the beginning of October for my visit to Canada.

Will sign up for the August thread.

Thank you so much Kate, I really did feel like that, but didn't thankfully :j and somehow it has paid off! Not quite sure how since have literally not been able to do ANY exercise this week but weighed in this morning and I am at 11.5st (161lbs) so either my scales are broken (quite likely!) OR I have lost another 4lbs - YAY!!!! Will re-weigh on Monday with my start weight on the new thread and fingers crossed I won't have gone up. Feeling quite motivated for August :T:T:T:T:T
