Right this feel free to move on!!!

Reporting in loss of 5 lbs this week!

It was not the way to loose weight, but with my tooth extraction on Thursday, I have really only been able to eat very soft foods, yogurts and this magic mixed to a puree and I am fed up of them! I still have the 4 stitches in my mouth and it still hurts but the orthodontic (sp) dentist did say it coould take up to 7 to 10 days to feel better, my face is still slightly swollen.

    But

My BMI is now in the healthy weight section, and I have 16.5 lbs to go!!! (well unless the nurse tells me different, I will loose another 7 lbs or so then book an appointment to go back and see her)

The light is back on at the end of the tunnel.

See you all in August thread.

    Good luck for this week.

Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

Final weigh in for the month and can report a 3pound loss this week. That's 11 pounds in total. I'm happy with that. Hubby said he can now see a difference in me and I've had to buy a smaller sized pair of jeans. Onto the August thread I go :D
