:rotfl:, in that case maybe you should factor in a couple of choccy biccies - if you don't have them great, if you do then no hardship!

You could try glutamine powder...it works for me!!! I use it and find it does put a stop to my craving pangs!!

Here's the google search page for it and cravings, for those who might like to look into it:-

    http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=glutamine+powder%2C+stop+foodcravingS&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a#sclient=psy&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=Nm1&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB%3Aofficial&source=hp&q=glutamine+powder%2C+stop+food+cravings&pbx=1&oq=glutamine+powder%2C+stop+food+cravings&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=s&gs_upl=5515l5515l1l6498l1l1l0l0l0l0l0l0ll0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&fp=b0c084a52893d876&biw=1009&bih=543

It's quite difficult to get hold of from health food shops...the powder that is, which is better than the tablet form...and quite expensive if purchased from them. I buy mine online!

    HTH :)

    Morning peeps,

My weekly weigh in still says 12st 6lb, so that's a big fat "stayed the same" for me. BOOOOOOO!! After 5 days in a row of solid 1 hour gym sessions too. Gutted.

So gutted that I'm having biscuits for breakfast in protest! Hardly helpful, but I'll get back on track this afternoon.

How has everyone else's week been then? xx

Monday is my weigh in day, but sneaked a go today, and my light at the end of the tunnel has gone out for now, zlich so far, at one time it as a 1lb per day.................................

Just looked in my food book for the week I lost 5lbs in to see what I ate that week, so am going to repeat that week and see what happens, been the gym everyday for 40mins.

Just had a odd phone call from my locals doctors to ring them at 12 noon to talk about a rabeies (sp) injection! and yes it was def them as I pressed 1471 to check.

Good luck to all for the weekend.
