    hello everyone

back home and got myself weighed again - dont trust the hospital scales!!! according to my scales I have lost 1.5 lbs this week so well pleased that all my perseverance not to eat to fight the boredom has worked!!

need to get really stuck into it again this next 2 weeks and lose that last bit for this month.

hang on in there all of you who have got stuck - its just a blip and i am sure you will do better next week
    toots xx

forgot to say thanks to PP for the tip - every now and then we need reminded of these things
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

TIP1 only eat when your physically hungry. -If you dont know if your "really" hungry have a drink of water and do something else for 15/20 minuets. then you'll know for sure.

I just want to say, that others would recommend eating small every 2-3 hours, to keep your metabolism ticking over.

The theory being. If people starve themselves for large parts of the day, your metabolism will go into survival mode, (storing fat, and breaking down muscle for energy) then when you do eat, it'll store more fat than usual to cope with being starved in between meals.

    Hello Dragon (and everyone else)

Sorry I haven't posted but my loss in week 1 was 3lbs - I am now (or was last Friday) 192 lbs

My son is going into hospital this Thursday for surgery on Friday so I will have to put this weeks usual Friday weigh in off for a few days

I will keep an eye on you all and I will post again once they have let us out

I hope the surgery goes okay and just get back to us when you can (your son is more important than us!)

PPI Party Pooper Debt-free and Proud!
hi everyone, Please may I join the thread - I realise we are on the downhill slope of July but I have today had my proper LBM of my weight. I have been so obsessed with my finance loss that I have not only neglected my weightloss but have added to it!!

Was scrumaging through my desk and found my weightwatchers card from a couple of years ago and I am now 10kg heavier than my original starting weight with them !!

So from this minute on I am becoming weight loss obsessed instead of debt free obsessed (obviously will still continue to be debt free but with less obsession).

I grew up using kg so find stones and pounds confusing but I am 11.5 stone and should be between 9.5 and 10.5 apparently. In my language I am currently 72,5 and want to be 62 ish :).

Glad to have you here and if you want to do your weight in kg that isn't a problem, I will do the conversion on the spreadsheet :D
