Yeah Beanie lets not talk about that ever again!

I am very very sad today. the !!!! that i thought was over at work isn't. my ex is floating around my head big time and I do not understand why or how I think that !!!!!! has all the answers. How in God's name do you get over some one you love. I feel like I need therapy. Or electric shock treatment. Actually Electric Shock treatment might work. There must be a reason for this. Why does it keep coming back and slapping me in the face WHY?????????????? I have been fine for ages, I have been great, driving test, debt free, and still I bump into that man and I am wrecked.

Shred has gone out of the window, I have been very ill in the tummy department the last few days and whilst I managed it Monday (And Sat and Sun) I couldn't do it last night or tonight. I feel wrung out.

I want to cry, fall asleep and wake up and feel better

Sorry I should be more cheerful but I can't manage it today. I am done.

I have been really ill the last few days no appetite and consequently no energy, I think its a result of stuff at work, physically it has been a struggle and mentally I think we are all bit strung out and lacking the time to get our heads round it all.

SO I have decided to cancel all plans for this weekend and do a mini sort of detox/healthy eating weekend with if I have the energy some de cluttering along the way. With the ex making an appearance (literally in Sainsburys of all places!!!!!) I have felt quite unsettled and vunerable which I know sounds ridiculous but there it is. I just want some time out so I am bloody well taking it!!!

In money news.........well I need to sit down and do some working out. I need to get petrol today too - that is tramatic on many levels!!
