That will explain why some of us appear to have orders processed and others appear to still be 'waiting to be processed'
Basically she said that it was a price error and no one is getting the food processor at the stated price. Apparently we should be recieivng an email soon with the correct price on it!
Baahh Humbug!
That would explain why my order is now showing a charge for delivery. If the food processor is not coming then they plan to charge for the delivery of the 2nd item now its under £50.
They were quick on that!0 -

Well I don't know about you but I'm not one for divulging details of my credit card without caring about whether I recieve the product or not.0 -
Now that's out of order. I will be pleased to receive the selection of other items I ordered together with the processor but I won't be paying for postage! Especially, as the other bits won't cost £5 to post. :rolleyes:Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0

Why do you want to do that? I thought you were told they will honour this transaction?0 -
The payment page confirmed that I was authorising payment of £50 from my card for the goods stated, anything else is fraudulent use of my details.
I'm sitting tight.Reading this signature is a waste of time0 -

No that was someone else. I rang my credit card provider and just checked the amount that had been taken but I haven't spoken to the cooks kitchen at all.0 -

Sorry!
I would not worry if I were you, but trust your own judgement.0
