That would explain why my order is now showing a charge for delivery. If the food processor is not coming then they plan to charge for the delivery of the 2nd item now its under £50.
They were quick on that!

Well I don't know about you but I'm not one for divulging details of my credit card without caring about whether I recieve the product or not.

Now that's out of order. I will be pleased to receive the selection of other items I ordered together with the processor but I won't be paying for postage! Especially, as the other bits won't cost £5 to post. :rolleyes:

I'm not sure they can only fulfill part of an order and then charge delivery for that one item. Either they can fulfill the whole order or they can't. Fair enough they don't have to honour their mistake but if they think they can send me the small item + postage they've got another think coming. :mad:

Why do you want to do that? I thought you were told they will honour this transaction?

The payment page confirmed that I was authorising payment of £50 from my card for the goods stated, anything else is fraudulent use of my details.
I'm sitting tight.

No that was someone else. I rang my credit card provider and just checked the amount that had been taken but I haven't spoken to the cooks kitchen at all.
