I'll keep updating when I hear more. I am hopeful I will receive it tomorrow but who knows, maybe they'll come back and charge me £100 for next day delivery...lol

My status has just changed to order recieved and processed and like dameon says as a preferred customer you get 5% off the rest of the stuff.

The only thing is it is only for the next hour well - 57 minutes now.

Just phoned this company, they are out of stock of the food processors and wont be getting any till the new year. My order is being processed, but I have been assured my order will be honoured. Lets hope so.

Just checked with my credit card provider and the correct amount has been taken.

Did you ask them to confirm the model code for it? and what does your status say on your screen? is it recieved and processed?
