Also you don't have to enter email address and password. Just click on the link attached to the confirmation email and it'll show you the status of the order0

I too ordered very early (12pm) yesterday and mine is still waiting to be processed.....another case of first ordered, last served.....lolConsider anything only don't cry!0

Good luck to everyone who's order is showing processed. Mine has been in a waiting status since 12:07 yesterday, so I don't expect to get this one. I didn't think it was a total scam as it is quite a sophisiticated website with a lot of goods. There does seem to be an issue with using your email to login or register if it has been used in an order. It doesn't seem to be a great system, but it is https/ssl (encrypted) when cc details are entered and the certificate is valid. Entering personal details like address and phone are http, and are sent in clear text, but then most freebie sites that collect this info are as well.
I'm sorry if I gave anyone the jitters, I can be a bit paranoid about web transactions. I won't be phoning them, if I don't get it then so be it.
The OP has probably been travelling for the xmas period or out shopping just like I'm going to now.

I have 2 orders with 2 statuses. One says "Order waiting to be processed" and the other "order received and processed". 10 mins gap between the 2 orders. No emails whatsoever.
I've ordered from here before so I'm happy they are completely bona fide.TL0 -

I just had this e-mail from them, a VERY good sign I think :T I requested Christmas delivery in the notes when ordering hence this e-mail but it would seem to me to be an acceptance of the order.

I did but I don't know how to post it. I copied it into a Word document and it is on my PC at home. If anybody can tell me how to post it I will attach it when I get home tonight or if anyone wants a copy they can pm me with their e-mail address and I'll send it to them.0
