This is rather interesting as been on phone 3 days now trying to sort mine, first no apollo then no lg (only knew through contacting them!) and i didn't want the sony as i dont like them ended up speaking to a manager regarding all this and some other pieces but they couldnt offer me anything but the sony x8! shall now be on the phone tomorrow too! All i want is a phone i can use and on this tarriff lol is it that hard?!A big thank you to all those who post on the forum and make it a worthwhile place!!!:j0 -

That is not technically true is it? They have offered you a Sony phone on this tarriff have they not? So how can you say you only want a phone that works?
Quit !!!!!**g get the phone or don't get the phone, if you wanted the cheap plan enough you would have whatever phone they offered.
Alternatively you could pay more each month and get another model I suppose but TBH for a fiver a month lmao as long as it makes calls and receives calls I really could not give a 2 hoots but that's just me I suppose, I got the LG and love it but if the SOny was the only one on offer for a fiver a month you'd be mad not to really."You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0 -
no in fairness you are right, but when i have a very similar ericsson on which i constantly seem to hang up on i just dont think i'll get on with the phone. I certainly think your right id be mad not to get it on £5 a month initially especially as i only use £10 at the moment.
Glad you're enjoying your lg, anyhows i must agree how excellent t-mobile has been in dealing with so much buisness and im sure many other frustrated people. I do think they are a very good company.A big thank you to all those who post on the forum and make it a worthwhile place!!!:j0 -

Were you offered the Samsung Galaxy Ace at the same price as the Samsung Galaxy Apollo, i.e. £5.21 per month for the first 12 months?Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -

Hello All,
I too was contacted early last week by T-Mobile by an email saying the Samsung Apollo was out of stock, I called in, was offered the LG Optimus One or the SE X8, didn't fancy either of those so told them I'd hold on for a bit until the Apollo came back in to stock.
Called again this afternoon to see when/if the Apollo would be back in.
Was told it won't be back..... BUT I was offered a Samsung Galaxy Ace instead (the rep didn't mention the LG or the SE this time).
I said "Hmmm, oh, alright then..........."
I confirmed every element of the original deal and it's still
100mins / 100 texts / free internet / booster of your choice / £5 off the bill the first 12 months / £80 Quidco cashback.
So for all those who are holding out for a Samsung Apollo, ring 0800 956 2208 option 3 and you'll probably get offered the Galaxy Ace too!!

I just looked on the t-mobile site, and on the £10.21 plan there are 7 free phones, but the x8 which someone mentioned is £40 and the galaxy ace is £190!
This was already a great deal52% tight0 -

Yes, I confirmed that the deal would be the same when I accepted the offer, i.e. £5.21 a month for the first 12 months, free delivery, quidco, etc.0
