I ordered mine last Tuesday, I went for the Samsung and have not heard anything since from them! I did think I might have failed the credit check but when they asked for a debit or credit card on the order I did given them a credit card so thought that might make some difference? I have read somewhere that is you give them a credit card they sometimes don't credit check you?

Anyway I have heard nothing from them, just the initial email then another telling me they were out of stock but hoped to have some more by the end of next week, today still not heard anything so I decided to phone them. I rang the number on the email which muct have been the web team as she said "oh another quidco offer" ha ha ha, anyway they have been trying to contact me (so they say!!!! had no message or anything) the Samsung is indeed out of stock so I went for the LG Optimus One instead, she told me it would be delivered tomorrow. I have received the "its on its way email" but have noticed there is no tracking number, do you think I have got it or not?

Well just had a text message of UKMail to tell me they have collected it and it is out for delivery tomorrow Excellent news been on PAYG for a while now with an old nasty phone that keeps switching off, so this is a godsend as well as it hopefully working out loads cheaper than PAYG.

Do you have the phone number you can give me please? They told me too that it was out of stock and I'd like to cancel altogether but can't find an 0800 number to ring. Many thanks.

then click on the twitter, which brings up a list of options to replace it. press facebook, which will replace the twitter option

Recieved my Optimus one yesterday,phone seems Ok but billing is wrong.I am being charged £8.51 + a delivery totalling £15.20. Also my account is not showing the free calls to landlines that were included.
Phone C/S yesterday and they agreed to ammend it but it has not changed yet.
Anyone know how long it takes to appear?
I will give it one more try tomorrow if it has not changed then I will send it all back.

By the way be aware retrieving voicemail is charged and is not part of the free mins.so I got them to disable it.

it wont show on your bill apparently as it has already been generated before you rang to fix it. i did the same thing when i got my bill it showed a delivery charge so i spoke to some one last thursday about it and she promised to rectify it, but still yesterday it was showing the delivery charge, so i spoke to someone again who assured me it had been taken off but it wasnt showing on the online bill because it has already been generated before any changes were made. he did then send me a text telling me what my new bill was going to be. they have been really helpful, i cant fault them

I have to agree with you regarding the customer service, so far ther service I have received has been excellent a LOT different to 3 mobiles Indian call centre :mad:

Mine is out for delivery today, I am looking forward to getting it, I am using an old LG SHine at the moment it must be at least 4 years old I have dropped this phone in puddles, down to toilet (yes really!), down the stairs geesh it has had loads of abuse and apart from a few scratches it has been excellent never broke never any problems with it, hopefully this new offering from LG will be just as reliable.

Got the second phone for my GF, got charged delivery. Called and was told that they do charge, its not free! I pointed out that my email confirmation said it was free, and they said as a favour they would waive it this time. Yeah, damn right you will! Also seem to think I'm getting charged £5.10 a month, which I thought was odd? Tried signing in to tmobile but no details yet on charges, just lists the ones for my other line regardless of which number I choose at the top.

Been playing with tracking software and theft aware seems good, and only £4 at the moment too. Not as flashy as wavesecure, but does the job and very hard to tell its even installed. If your phone is stolen this appears to give you an awful lot of control over it, including call/text monitoring.
