phew it has taken me a week but i have finally manged to change my text alert tone and ringtone....sick of 20 odd people all checking their phones when a vivaz phone rings!!!! lol

I ordered the ericsson phone and as it wasn't on android was told I could send it back and when they receive it then I can order the LG optimus.

Sent it yesterday, they received it this morning... gave them a call and was told that they no longer do the LG phone and was offered some other rubbish so I cancelled order no problem.

Strange they still have loads of phones that they no longer stock available on their website... including the LG !!!!!

although i don't know if it worked or not, is there anyway of knowing if voicemail is on or off without getting charged?

For those of you who have an Optimus One, and 500mb of data, is this a lot? I'm thinking for when the kids are using theirs?

Its only 500Mb for streaming, they still let you use the net after you pass this but you can't stream TV/music/youtube etc.

Also had a delivery charge - quick call to Customer Services (150) sorted it out no problem and also took off voicemail for me.

Have rang CS a couple of times and I'm very impressed - sorry to those who haven't had it so good though.

Also impressed with C/S. All billing stuff seems sorted and voicemail switched off.
I have the optimus one and so far quite impressed

Mine arrived yesterday Very impressed with the LG it is a really nice phone, very responsive and feels like a quality piece of kit in your hand. Just signed up to T-Mobile online, cannot make head nor tail of my bill they have charged me delivery and can't see my £5 a month discount, will wait till the actual paper bill arrives and sort it out then

I am really pleased I applied for it now.
