I just phoned T-Mobile and they've now pulled the rug on the Samsung Galaxy Ace :( so I give up.

I just rang back again and got a girl from CS. I asked again if I could receive the Samsung Galaxy Ace, she went off, talked to her manager, and came back and said they could do that as she agreed it wasn't fair, and I would receive the Quidco cashback too! :)

I'm not sure how the tariff works though and I've never been on a pay monthly before. We pay £5.21 per month for the first 12 months and this gets us 100 texts and 100 minutes but how does the internet work? I read about the boosters but I still don't understand! If I want to access the internet on the phone, will I have to top up with an internet booster at £5.10, pushing the monthly payment up to £10.31, or does the £5.21 include internet too? I'm confused. :-/

    Can anyone help please?

No, you should automatically have it. Text AL to 150 to confirm first; this should detail your monthly allowance for calls, texts and browsing.

All long as this is OK, you are good to browse, upto 500mb's worth per month.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Those of you who had T-Mobile correct your bill over the phone, have the changes shown up on your T-Mobile online bill?

Just checked my T-mobile and still showing £15 when woman on phone assured me the discount had been appllied and delivery bill removed.

Can't believe what a fantastic offer this has turned out to be. I have the Samsung Galaxy Ace - which is the phone I would have chosen in the first place - at £5.21 per month for 12 months, 100 minutes calls, unlimited texts and unlimited internet, how fantastic! Thankyou so much Quidco for posting this and thanks too for chasing up people's queries so quickly, they really are a great company! :)

    Hi Guys

    Just wanted to check something.

If I get the Pac Code for my number which is currently with O2, and give it to the new contract with T-Mobile, does this invalidate the Quidco cashback at all?
