When they rang to confirm my order, they said it could affect my cashback if I imported my number, so I didn,t I would ring and confirm before you do anything.

I did a contract with 02 18 months ago and imported my no but I still received my cashback from quidco so it is strange that T Mobile are saying it could affect it.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Those of you who had T-Mobile correct your bill over the phone, have the changes shown up on your T-Mobile online bill?

Just checked my T-mobile and still showing £15 when woman on phone assured me the discount had been appllied and delivery bill removed.

My bill hasn't been amended online even though they have agreed that I will only be paying £5.21. The money is due out of my bank in the next couple of days so I will see if it is more than the £10.42 (2 months) they promised.

    Thank for replies.

T-Mobile have been very good so far, but I wish they would all say the same thing and get their stories straight lol.

It says ,y July bill is £17-something, which sounds about right for my old £15 contract plus a third of a month for the new phone. I can't view my bill though, I only have options for viewing june's bill or before.

I was told I would be charged 2 months rental for the phone in the first bill (dated June) and then I wouldn't receive another bill until August.

I think I will wait before importing my number then, just in case it invalidates my cashback.

Are people using Web n Walk for the Internet or clicking on the Internet logo? I haven't got Web n Walk so asked online for the link to set it up, T Mobile sent it and I could see the envelope on my phone but couldn't access it. It looked like it was a text message (it showed on the top left of my phone) but you couldn't click on it and it wasn't in with my messages, very strange. When I shut down and restarted the phone, it had disappeared. Hmm..

My bill is available for viewing now, and you're right I have been charged for 2 months. Well, around ten days between getting the phone and the next billing period, and then a whole month too. I already have a £15 contract with them so they have put both bills together and kept my usual billing date.

This is what it says for the LG bill:

100Mins&100Text(24)10 for 29/6/11 to 8/7/11 £2.84 100Mins&100Text(24)10 £8.51 Unltd Text Booster (FB) Free Internet Included for 29/6/11 to 8/7/11 Free Internet Included Free Loyalty discount from your monthly line rental - £5.56 Monthly charge total £5.79
    Then they added VAT.

So I've got a loyalty discount which looks about right. They added that to my usual bill, then took off the one-off credits, then added VAT.

The one-off charges and credits were:
Delivery Charge £4.16 Phone Kit LG Optimus One £83.32 Equipment Credit for Phone Kit LG Optimus One - £83.32 Line rental credit - £8.33
The 'line rental credit' I assume is from when I called them to moan about the delivery charge on my invoice. There was also a charge for the SIM, and they have refunded that although it hasn't been charged on my bill.
