    If they have given you correct redress,that is the ppi back that you paid with 8% and it is to FOS guidlines,then that is all you will get:D
    If you have the redress figures they have given you,if you post these on here,then someone will have a look at them for you.

    The letter has already gone back recorded delivery BUT...

    1 redress = £2083.58 taxable interest = £400.28 OFFER = £2483.86
    2 redress = £367.49 taxable interest = £313.23 OFFER = £680.72

    The second one was over 6 yrs ago so don't want to kick up that much fuss.

    aw well done SMTC thats fantasic news and much earlier than we thought :j :j :j, I was beginning to wonder where you were lol, so as I am about a week behind you I'm guessing I could hear any day now - I gotta say I'm getting a bit nervous now wondering what the outcome might be for me. what was the date on your letter? as our previous letters from them were exactly a week apart :)

    Date on letter was 6th.

    Letter was posted back recorded delivery yesterday and it has been signed for.

    Guess it is just a case now of checking Internet banking (with the ridiculous calculator type device) until the money shows in my bank.

    I've sent a letter to Chief Exec finding out when I will get paid.

    Had a reply from his PA and it has now been forwarded onto a Senior Manager.

    Just a case of waiting to see now
