    congratulations mrs q2b - thats great news!!!! well done and as smtc says let us know when you get the money back, have read a lot of stories on here about ppl waiting a very long time after complaints with HSBC are upheld! grrr...fingers crossed again for the rest of us who are still waiting xx

    Hope for your sake it's sooner!

    It's ridiculous that once they have admitted liability they then take another 4 weeks to pay.

    Guess we are looking at end of November/beginning of December.

    How long after your initial letter did you get the good news?

    Edit - I've stopped being lazy and looked. Fingers crossed we both hear back in a fortnight or so.
