  • Hello All :wave::wave:

    The Thrifty Scrumpers Declaring at £250.10 for August please. Managed to swerve a take away request last night from DH as I had already started dinner by the time he got home. Went to sainsbugs today and got tempted by some offers but only 10p over so happy.

    Thank you to all who run the thread and good luck to everyone xx

    :( Well came in about £30 over budget

    For September £400 again hopefully will manage this time.
  • Just found out at work that our pay from Oct changes to 28th of the month to the last Friday in the month.

    First thing I did was check calendar and already there are 4 months next year that are 5 weekers!

    Looks like I will have to pull the purse strings in tighter - shouldnt worry too much as it used to be like it a few years back - but it's what you get used to I suppose.
