I have just cancelled the card I used. My card issuer said no transaction for the amount (£1.95) was showing.

My card details were cloned from the dizzy-deals 'offer'.
The cheeky b*ggers tried to buy a £700 item from John Lewis online.
If you fell for this be VERY vigilant of your credit card statement and if you can cope without it for a few days I would cancel and wait for the new card to come in the post.

Oh my goodness, I'm def cancelling my card in the morning. Transferred my money into my savings account for now so they can't use it. Can't believe the cheek of them

I haven't cancelled my card yet either...bank said to keep a close eye on my account and call them as soon as I noticed anything strange, but not sure whether to cancel or not.

Adam, when you went through checkout, was everthing as it should have been for the payment?

my bank said the same, no request for the 1.95 etc too keep an eye on the account and if anything suss goes on that they don't notice to contact them.

Was just coming on here to say i noticed the site was suspended... doh.
