Think it would be a good idea to post a warning on the grab it board as I was just about to buy another one as I had bookmarked the page!!!

I only spotted this thread by chance, wouldn't it be a good idea to post a thread on grabbit to warn anyone else to cancel their card?

this thread was posted on the grabbit earlier...but it's been moved to this part of the forum now.

This guy is going to keep doing what he's doing and due to the small amounts involved most people will be grateful to just lose their £1.95 and be thankful that that's all they lose.

Sorry but that just doesn't cut it for me! How many thousands of people will have been stung and how many more will be in the future? This creep is completely undeterred because no-one is that bothered about the small amounts involved. Well screw him, it's time to fight back!

I don't know the ins and outs but in cases like this a class action suit could be brought against him? ie a group of people (hopefully a huge group of people!) sue him as one to get their cash back. Obviously some digging would have to be done to find his identity etc but who the hell does he think he is to steal peoples hard earned again and again? Yes each person hasn't lost much but look how much that a-hole will gain!

has anybody NOT cancelled their card??

    t, x

I haven't. I am hoping it is only £1.95 that is taken and figure it would cost me more than that to drive to the bank, pay for parking and drive home again :(

There are so many bargain deals on here for pennies that I didn't think anything of it so just bought one :(

I bought 1 T-shirt, havn't cancelled bank card yet, & no money has been taken out of my account as yet, it has been an eye opener for me! as i usually buy from big reputable companys and don't give it a thought ( how stupid!) so glad in a way if it's a small hit that it has brought me to my senses! But yes this Guy should be accountable for what he has ill gained as it obviousley isn't a small amount so will support as needed, who would you conntact about investigating this??

i just went onto the website and went through as if i wanted to get one of these shirts with a different name and made up address.....for card details i put 0000 0000 0000 0000 (card number) 000 (sec number) and just made up expiry date.....it said order went through and i received confirmation email......if the server that they used to take money was legit would it not have rejected my card......could this mean cards have been cloned?
