I have 3 bank accounts all linked together through internet banking, will this make any difference?? Is it just the card I used? So I can transfer all my money over to one of the other accounts first?

Yes, you should be OK unelss the one card can be used for all 3 accounts. It is just the card that is linked to that one account. Move all the money from that account (making sure you have no overdraft) and you will OK. He cannot take anything from an empty account. Do cancel the card though.

The initial payment of 1.95 was never taken from my account. The card I used was a prepaid Mastercard. I have just checked my account and my card has been used in Argos Milton Keynes for 300quid! I live in Scotland and have not shopped at argos in over a year. They tried to purchase another 250 at the same store the next day but it was declined due to lack of funds. I called the credit card company and they were not particularly helpfull. Any help would be appreciated, also if you have not already, check your transactions!

They would only be able to use the details them scammed for online or telephone orders because they wouldn't have the PIN numbers to use instore. Also for instore purchases they would need to produce the cards with your details on, which is more harder and costly to do.
