    Took a while but managed to bag one, have e-mail through with code. Phew!! Will wait a while before trying application process though as too busy still at moment

    No it is not. It is for anyone that wants a prepaid mastercard. This may be because they have a poor credit record, or they want to use it for avoiding fees on flights, or just that they want it for a simple way of avoiding carrying cash.
